The wheels are small, which is fine with me, I've got small play area, so it can be tucked away when I'm not using it, it's about as heavy as a small keyboard, and has nice feet on it so it doesn't slip around. which is probably exactly what you're dealing with currently already so it'd be much the same.

Which is a bit awkward only for when there's a spin within a spin section, wherein I'd have to tap a button and spin at the same time. disappointed in this one then, as this one the platters are not touch sensitive. That is most importation problem I am having at the moment.Well, The Steve, you'd be.

To note, the button the jog itself are two different actions, but I trying to make it where if I press the button and then turn the jog wheel clockwise it moves the track forward and counter clockwise for it to go backwards. If it works then I would be able replicate for the track players. Here is the setup interface for the Scratch Jog function: The problem I am having is that I want to having the jog wheel move the track forward or back when pressing down on the jog wheel while rotating it in either direction but the configuration for it is somewhat complex and even for the touch function on the midi setup it needs and forward and back and touch (which will be the button) but its not setting up, though the job wheel by itself works but only in one direction.

If you don't know the kontrol s4 mk2 Jog Wheel works, its basically a Jog Wheel/deck with a press-able button on top of it so when your fingers are pressing the soft metallic button and rotating the wheel in the direction that corresponds to your movement it moves the track forwards or backwards or can scratch going back and forth quickly. I am having a bit of a problem getting the configuration on the midi mapping of getting the Jog Wheel to respond in the way that is should using the "Scratch Jog" option when in the midi setup though I was contemplating use the "CD Jog" option. In the midi mapping the Jog Wheel is only set up to pitch up and pitch down which on the Cross DJ program is the two Plus and Minus buttons below tempo fader which is label pitch (for some strange reason) but the jog wheel isn't set up to scratch or move the track forward or back in the way you would use the wheel. Though the main problem I'm getting is now is the Jog Wheel and the function it is having is not fully setup. Those buttons are easy, its basically nothing. I already got the main mapping for the s4 mk1 and started off from there, some things work and some things don't, so I'm replacing all the mapping with the correct buttons and features like the play, sync, cue, ect.

Ok, so I decided to stick to Mixvibes Cross DJ and get the all the mapping for the Kontrol s4 mk2 all up to date.
